Contouring/Importing Regions-of-interest

To draw a region-of-interest (ROI):

  1. Click the rectangle, ellipse, or polygon (recommended) manual segmentation icon in the toolbar.
  2. Use the Time Browser and Slice Browser to select the image to draw.
  3. Draw the ROI directly on the image.
  4. Click the Calculate button to view the raw contrast agent uptake-time curve.
  5. Rename the ROI by right clicking on the ROI label on the image and select Rename, or by changing the name inside the ROI table within the DCE Tool workspace.

To import region(s)-of-interest (ROIs):

  1. Click the Import ROIs button.
  2. Find the correct *.roi file, then click Open.
  3. Click the Calculate button to view the raw contrast agent uptake-time curve.
  4. Rename the ROI by right clicking on the ROI label on the image and select Rename, or by changing the name inside the ROI table within the DCE Tool workspace.
